What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash.

How do I register for a class or workshop?

You can register for a class or workshop by signing up here. Or, we are happy to sign you up when you visit the shop but be sure to sign up at least 48 hours ahead of the class as we do not accept walk-ins due to class size limits. If you booked a private lesson, please call or send us a message to schedule your lesson with one of our instructors.

Can I order yarn online?

Yes! Starting May 2025, you can place an order online and we can ship it to you. Please allow 2-3 days for shipping. We ship to all US states with free shipping when you spend $99 or more. We are sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping.

What is your return policy?

You can return unopened and unused regular-priced items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Wound yarn and sale items are final sale.
